London Breakout Strategy - Forex Strategy

In this tutorial I am going to teach you a London Breakout Strategy that I have been using successfully, but before we go any further I should remind you that no system is %100 accurate. Anyway, the beauty of this strategy is that it catches good moves and it produces good profits if traded correctly. This system is very simple to use since it shows everything on the charts. Therefore you can trade multiple currencies easily.

You can use this London Breakout Strategy to trade any major currency pairs. So after opening a new chart, change time frame to M15 and apply the template. You will see a chart like this:



The blue colored area determines our trading setup. Once the blue box is complete, you will see entry levels on your chart. Basically we will be following the breakouts. You can either wait for breakout to happen, or put limit orders to both sides. On the chart above you can see that the pair breaks the lower line and our sell order is executed. At this point our stop-loss is the upper band of the blue box.

The green area is our profit targets. Every time we reach a target, we will close 1/3 (or 1/5) of our initial position. Please check the chart below:
